Meet Kevin and Jaclyn - a beautiful couple.... I mean beautiful. You could just feel how close they are together..... which in turn makes my job sooooooo easy! They move together and their intimacy makes for some very natural photography.
Congratulations to Maggie and Mitchell who enjoyed a beautiful holiday wedding complete with 3 inches of snow that fell to the ground just hours before the wedding started. Family and friends were filled with Christmas spirit as they watched these two enjoy their very special evening. I was honored to be a part of it. Congratulations and Merry Christmas.
Here's to Rebecca and Nathan and their many many family members and friends who surrounded them with love on their very special wedding day. Family is very important to them and it was made known by the emotion in the room. The tears of the groom as she walked down the aisle made the entire congregation smile with joyful tears of their own. 
Congratulations to Robert and Stephanie.... your day was amazing. I couldn't get over the outpouring of love by all of your family. And, your bridesmaids and groomsmen were so incredibly fun! They added to the laughter and smiles of the day for sure! I had the chance to photograph a very special family to me.... I've known this mom since she was two years old.... and now to see her with her own baby is pretty special. And, her little one is the spitting image of her that I remember.
I've never seen a wedding ceremony filled with so many friends and family.... it was a packed house... or church rather.... it was standing room only! From the "first look" to the "I do's", to the waaaaay fun reception, this wedding was FUN AND FABULOUS! So were the bride and groom. I was super happy to spend the day with them. And, she even allowed plenty of time for some more photographs with the wedding party right after the ceremony. We made use of some interesting locations in Holton Kansas and got some pretty good shots. Thanks Rachel and Zac for such a memorable day.... They love each other.... really, truly love each other. And their friends and family love them too.... and they are proud of them... really proud - it was obvious from the toasts, speeches, and they way the guests and family members spoke of them the entire day!
I love the fall colors... the weather... the feeling of fall.... it's just beautiful. And, so was this mother and son who I had the opportunity to get to know during their photo shoot.
